White Bread

Simple white bread recipe for a bread machine.

Ingredients

• 320ml water
• 500g white bread flour
• 1.5 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 25g butter
• 1 tsp dried yeast

Instructions

1. Pour water into bread pan
2. Sprinkle flour over water to cover it
3. Add salt, sugar and butter in separate corners of the pan
4. Add yeast in center of the flour
5. Cook in bread machine on normal white bread setting
